The Board serves as the central decision-making body for all major directions of the community.
Functions and Powers
The members of the Board of Meribah Church make key decisions regarding the spiritual and organizational management of the Church. They establish and oversee regulations to ensure governance in accordance with the Constitution, vote on and approve the annual budget, and elect the Office Bearers while supervising their duties. The Board advises and collaborates closely with the Senior Pastor and may form subcommittees to handle specific tasks or investigations.
Term
The members of the Board of Meribah Church serve a renewable term, generally lasting 3 years. Terms are granted following evaluation and prayer, and renewals depend on the memberโs spiritual and organizational performance, their commitment to the Churchโs mission, and adherence to the Constitution.
Hierarchical Relationships
The members of the Board of Meribah Church act under the leadership of Jesus Christ and work closely with the Senior Pastor. They oversee the implementation of decisions and ensure that the Office Bearers execute them properly, reporting regularly to the Board and the Senior Pastor.
