Core Functions
This department plans and coordinates the logistics of all church activities and events within the Francophone community, supports the implementation of outreach initiatives and new branch projects, organizes the welcoming and integration of new members, and ensures order, punctuality, and organizational quality in all programs and events. It also provides operational oversight of departments and teams on the ground and offers recommendations to the Senior Pastor regarding logistical and organizational needs.
Practical Roles
It develops schedules and calendars for church activities, manages the materials and logistical resources required for events, supervises setup, welcoming, and coordination during services and programs, keeps the Senior Pastorย regularly informed about project progress, trains and mentors operational teams and volunteers, and evaluates the efficiency and quality of actions undertaken while proposing improvements.
