Main Missions
The department organizes and coordinates prayer, intercession and spiritual support activities. It manages prayer requests and ensures their follow-up. It works closely with the Senior Pastor to provide spiritual guidance to members. It trains and supervises volunteers engaged in spiritual service, develops programs to strengthen prayer life and biblical edification, and ensures communication between local spiritual teams and church leadership.
Practical Roles
The department receives and records prayer requests, organizes intercession meetings and spiritual support gatherings, and monitors the spiritual growth of new members and teams. It plans retreats, fasting periods and special programs, while regularly reporting to the Senior Pastor.
