The Department of Treasury is responsible for managing all financial resources, preparing and monitoring the annual budget, overseeing all incoming and outgoing funds, and ensuring compliance with church decisions.
It produces regular financial reports for the Senior Pastor, ensures transparency and security of all financial operations, and provides advice on financial and budgeting matters.
Key Tasks
The department maintains accurate financial records, collects and secures donations and other contributions, and authorizes expenditures in accordance with the approved budget.
It prepares monthly and annual financial reports, coordinates with other departments for financial needs, and participates in strategic financial planning and investment decisions.
