The Lord Jesus Christ has delegated the authority to govern Meribah Church to the Board Members, the Senior Pastor, and the Office Bearers. They are guided by the Holy Spirit, grounded in the Holy Bible, the Word of God, and by the Constitution of Meribah Church.

The Holy Bible is the inspired Word of God. It serves as the guide for the Board Members and the Senior Pastor in their governance and leadership of Meribah Church.
The Constitution of Meribah Church
The Constitution of Meribah Church is a set of fundamental principles that establish the structure, organization, and governance of the church.
Members of the Board
The Board Members exercise the authority of the church on behalf of the Lord Jesus Christ and Meribah Church. They oversee the affairs of the church in line with resolutions, make decisions, vote on budgets, establish by-laws for proper governance, elect Office Bearers, and hold them accountable for their responsibilities.
Office Bearers
The Office Bearers are members of the church administration who hold positions of authority in the offices of Meribah Church. They are elected by the Board Members and appointed by the Senior Pastor. Their powers and duties are assigned by the Senior Pastor according to the resolutions of church meetings.
Senior Pastor
The Senior Pastor is the spiritual leader and president of Meribah Churchโs administration.
He shepherds the congregation, guides all church activities, and oversees the implementation of the Churchโs vision and mission.
