The Office Bearers of Meribah Church are key members responsible for leading the church’s departments as the secretary of their respective area and for advising the Senior Pastor. They oversee the organization and operations of their department, ensure responsible management of resources, and implement church directives in alignment with its vision, mission, and Constitution. Appointed by the Senior Pastor and confirmed by the Members of the Board, they serve a renewable term based on their performance and commitment. They pledge to carry out their duties with integrity, accountability, and fidelity to the church’s values and mission.

The Administrator is an Office Bearer responsible for administrative management and coordination of all departments. They oversee the implementation of decisions from the Senior Pastor and Members of the Board, provide advice on administrative matters, and ensure the Church operates efficiently and effectively.
Joan Treasure Kobus – Treasurer of Meribah Church
The Treasurer is Responsible for managing the finances of Meribah Church, the Treasurer oversees resources, ensures transparency in accounts, and advises the Pastor on budgeting matters, coordinating with other Office Bearers.
Tracey Holtman – Secretary of Operations for the Anglophone Community of Meribah Church
The Secretary of Operations for the Anglophone Community of Meribah Church oversees the practical and organizational management of activities within the anglophone community. She acts as an operational link to ensure the efficiency and quality of activities. She coordinates departments, plan events and programs, supervises the integration of new members, and ensures smooth execution of services.
Robert Mumbanika Mandala – Secretary of Operations for the Francophone Community of Meribah Church
The Secretary of Operations for the Francophone Community of Meribah Church oversees the practical and organizational management of activities within the francophone community. He acts as an operational link to ensure the efficiency and quality of activities. He coordinates departments, plan events and programs, supervises the integration of new members, and ensures smooth execution of services.
Limbani Zephania – Secretary for Spiritual Affairs of the Anglophone Community of Meribah Church
The Secretary for Spiritual Affairs of the Anglophone Community is an office bearer responsible for coordinating spiritual activities within the Francophone community. He supports members in their spiritual growth, oversees prayers, ministries, and local programs, and acts as a liaison between the Senior Pastor and the community to ensure spiritual directives are followed.
Bénédicte Dembulude Muyoti – Secretary for Spiritual Affairs of the Francophone Community of Meribah Church
