The office plans and oversees major spiritual, ministerial, and administrative activities. It organizes pastoral meetings, manages annual and monthly calendars, validates preaching themes, and coordinates programs across all language communities.
Leadership and Training
It mentors church leaders and ministry teams, supervises the integration and development of new ministers, identifies talents, and guides leadership formation while monitoring departmental performance.
Communication and Liaison
The office serves as the central communication point, ensuring smooth information flow between committees, departments, and the Senior Pastor. It reports on growth, addresses challenges, and facilitates decision-making across all operations.
Oversight and Evaluation
The office monitors the implementation of the Churchβs strategic plans, evaluates departmental and community needs, makes recommendations to the Senior Pastor, and ensures unity and consistency of the Churchβs vision.
